US Sailing Smallboat Instructor Courses in 2020
US Sailing Smallboat Instructor Courses in western Long Island Sound are now starting to open for registration.
If your junior sailing program is hiring staff for this summer who will need their certification for US Sailing Instructor or Safe Powerboat Handling, advise them to sign up promptly because each course site has limited enrollment.
Level 1 and Level 2 courses are now posted, together with Sailing Counselor and Reach Educator (STEM) courses. Additional courses will become available as trainers are assigned. Please advise instructor candidates to read the course descriptions and view the calendar on the US Sailing website.
Also available are Safe Powerboat Handling courses at SUNY Maritime in the Bronx that may be viewed here as they are scheduled.
