Before the season

- Contact your JSA Area Representative who may give you advice if you are new to your role.
- Plan your instructor hiring, utilizing the Job Bank Tips.
- Post job openings on the Job Bank.
- Attend the Mid-Winter Meeting and Program Management Workshop.
- Ask your parents to complete the JSA Waiver/Medical & Participant Information forms in the Roster Registration system.
- Review the JSA Calendar for pre-summer and summer events.
- Attend the JSA Spring Meeting in late May/early June.
- Register and send your instructors to the Head Instructor and All Instructor Workshops; see the JSA Calendar for dates in mid-June.
