Program Staff and Salary Survey: provide information about hiring practices and salaries paid to your junior program staff during this summer (takes about 10 minutes to respond).
Program Activity Survey: provide information including curriculum and organization, with counts of boat types used by sailors (takes about 20 minutes to respond).

Post your program’s openings on the JSA Job Bank page and other national sites.
Instructor Certification: encourage 16- and 17-year-old juniors at your club who wish to become sailing instructors next year to register for a Level 1 Smallboat Instructor online and in-person certification courses, as well as a Safe Powerboat Handling course. These courses may be viewed on the certification calendar.
