Steve Schram from Gowrie Group Insurance has been added to the regional symposium’s agenda to discuss the safety resources and templates that are available to clubs and junior programs. Steve joins Matt Hill from US Sailing, who will speak about things clubs and organizing authorities can do to improve education about safety. Matt will also discuss the importance of properly trained race officials, judges and umpires at youth regattas. A working lunch and open forum will allow attendees to discuss any topic they wish to get feedback from the group.
