US Sailing’s Sports Medicine Committee is seeking feedback from Clubs and Organizations about their experiences with COVID-19 during 2020.

This survey has branches for organization that had a many different experiences, including: junior activities were cancelled, junior activities had some COVID shutdowns, or junior activities avoided COVID shutdowns. The survey may take about 10-15 minutes, depending on how COVID-19 impacted your organization.
