Thank you sailors for coming to what turned out to be one heck of a regatta!
As Edward Arredondo, IH Jr Chair, said it, “doesn’t matter if you placed… what matters is that you showed up, worked hard, got a little better every day and had fun doing it.”
PRO Eric Feigel ran a full series of 9 races in what were phenomenal, but shifty conditions. His team worked extremely hard for square lines and fair windwards. Flat water and good 6-8knts of breeze took care of the rest.
You were all blessed with great conditions to practice your starts, roll tacks and competitive mark roundings… and you all rose to the occasion!
