The template is mostly unchanged from 2025 with only these three edits:
+ 1.1 inserted: “g. Rule 60.4(a)(2) is changed as follows: (2) if it alleges a breach of a rule of Part 2 or rule 31 and is from a boat that was not involved in, and did not see, the incident, or” as recommended by US Sailing.
+ 16.1 Removed highlighting to indicate that the number of races at which drops occur (6, 6 to 10 and 11) should remain as written to provide consistency among all JSA sanctioned events.
+ Code of Conduct header: removed “2025” because the code does not change annually.
