Event Management Workshop

Regatta support teams at JSA clubs hosting regattas in 2026 are invited to learn about new topics and share information. Each member of your club’s junior regatta team may register individually at this link.

• This year’s workshop will provide a hands-on demonstration of the latest updates on the Regatta Registration and Management platform powered by Clubspot.
• The workshop will also feature a discussion about  about safety management at regattas led by safety officers from hosts with a proven track record of running large regattas.
• We’ll also review recommendations for hosting Optimist Green Fleet racing provided by knowledgeable race managers from JSA clubs.

Regatta chairs, race officers, regatta committee members/volunteers, sailing and program directors are all welcome. Please register your club’s junior regatta team at this link. During registration, include in the comments your questions or suggestions about hosting a regatta.
