SailGP Kicks Off the Summer in New York City!

SailGP is the world’s most exciting race on water, thrilling fans with high speeds, high action and big drama. This June, SailGP fans can enjoy adrenaline-fueled racing, entertainment, street food, beverages and more at the Governors Island Race Stadium location.

SailGP returns to the city that never sleeps for the third time on June 7-8, 2025, marking the last of four events taking place across the American continent this year. The Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix will deliver two days of action-packed racing and entertainment and SailGP would love to see support from the greater tri-state sailing community!

The Governors Island location delivers a spectacular view of the racing set against the backdrop of the world’s most iconic skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Waterfront Grandstand ticket holders will have a front row seat in the grandstands complemented with giant screens, live race commentary, afternoon entertainment, food and beverage concessions and merchandise stalls. Ferry transport to / from Governors Island is also included in the ticket price.
