We hope everyone had a fantastic 4th of July weekend. Programs along Long Island Sound held classes yesterday while still celebrating. Shelter Island Yacht Club spent half of each class decorating boats and dressing up in red, white and blue. The kids then had a parade out of the harbor and past the pier for parents and friends. Instruction then resumed for the final hour and a half of each class, definitely a great way to celebrate the holiday.
