The JSA Regatta Templates and the other regatta documents and links in this section, will assist hosts to run a successful regatta during Summer 2026

• JSA Regatta Templates: these templates have been updated during May 2026 and are formatted in Word DOCX format that may be downloaded, edited for each regatta, and saved in PDF format for uploading to Clubspot. The templates  incorporate recent updates to the JSA logo and to the Racing Rules of Sailing, like this about third party protests.
  • Notice of Race template for Optimist and for ILCA-C420-Feva regattas.
  • Sailing Instructions template for Optimist and for ILCA-C420-Feva regattas.
  • A User Guide for the Regatta Templates will help you select among the options in the templates.

  • Safety Inspection Forms for each boat class are available on the JSA Boat Class pages.
  • Liability Waiver, Medical Information and Underage & Underweight Permission forms are now incorporated in the Clubspot system, where parents may update information for their sailors through this link.
