Training Resources

LISOT Optimist, Laser and 420

LISOT provides training for highly motivated junior sailors who want to develop and hone their racing skills in the Optimist, i420, c420, Laser or Radial. The team is completely open and inclusive, with sailors from all around LI Sound and the NY Metro area. Any aspiring sailor who has completed an advanced racing program and wants to improve his or her racing skills are welcome to sail. Sailors do not need to be a member of a yacht club. There is no membership or membership fee, nor long-term commitment. You can sail as much or as little as you like. For more information, visit the LISOT website www.lisot.org

LIMA Long Island Mid Atlantic Sailing Team .

LIMA is a non-profit advanced youth sailing team teaching Optimists, 29ers, 420s, Lasers, and Sonars. Any sailor who is interested in getting better at racing is welcome to join. For more information, visit their website http://www.limasailing.org
