Sagamore Junior Sailing is now accepting applications for head instructor and sailing instructor for the 2015 Sagamore Junior Sailing Program.  Experience with Optimists, Blue Jays and C420 preferred.  Sagamore Jr. Sailing is seeking to continue its success in teaching new and experienced sailors by adding to its already talented staff. Instructors will coach 8-16 year olds in 2 and 4 week programs on the fundamentals of sailing and racing. Instructors will report to the Junior Sailing Program Director and maintain a safe, competitive, and especially fun environment for young sailors. Candidates must be able to motivate sailors to perform at their best, customize lesson plans to suit individual needs, effectively coach sailors and properly represent Sagamore Yacht Club during scheduled daily activities (drills, practice, games, free time/ rainy days) and local racing events.  Applicants must have minimum of Level 1 US Sailing Certification, US Safe Powerboat Handling Certification, CPR and First Aid Certification.  Competitive salaries being offered.
